The raw camera files were deleted from the shoot folder after the grade, which is why most of the project shows offline. Every clip the timeline uses still exists. This page is the four folders it lives in and the order to relink them.
The shoot was graded and exported, the exports went up to the Google Drive, and the raw content was deleted afterwards by mistake. So the DaVinci project is still pointing at file paths that no longer exist on anyone's machine.
Nothing is lost. The Reels timeline uses 477 unique source files and all
477 have been found and put back on the Drive. 319 were already in the Exports folder as graded
clips. 149 are the raw C files, which have been re-uploaded from the one surviving
copy. 9 graded clips were missing from the Drive and have been put back.

Download all four. If you already have some of this locally, keep it, the filenames have not changed and Resolve will match them.
The original camera files, C9695.MP4 through C9847.MP4. These are
the ones that were deleted from the shoot folder, so this upload is the only copy. Nothing has
been graded and nothing has been renamed, so they drop straight back into the timeline.

Offline clips show with a red thumbnail. Turn on the File Path column in list view so you can see where each one is pointing.
Right click, then point it at Raw C Clips. Repeat for
BTS/Luke 2, then B-Roll/Day 1, then B-Roll/Day 2.
Anything that matches goes online, anything that does not is simply left alone, so running
it four times is safe.
Timeline clips inherit the media pool relink, so once the pool is clean the Reels timeline should be too. Scrub the whole thing and look for red.
Resolve will not relink across different file extensions. The project wants
.MP4 and .mp4, so pointing it at a folder of .mov
proxies does nothing at all and gives you no error to explain why. If a relink looks like it
did nothing, check the extension first.
You may hit files where the project asks for FX38927.MP4 but the Drive has
FX38927_V2-0001.mp4. That suffix is added by Resolve on export, so every graded
clip carries it and no raw file ever did. Relink matches on filename, so it will never join
those two up on its own.
The fix is to rename the downloaded file to exactly what the project is asking for, keeping
the extension the same, then relink again. Strip the _V1-0000 or
_V2-0000 off the end and it will match.
Every graded clip in Reels is already named with its suffix in the project, so the Drive
filenames match as they are. The rename only comes up on the six FX389xx clips
in the Landscape timeline, which are from the April Mastermind Retreat shoot and live in
Exports / 260429 Mastermind Retreat / B-Roll / Interviews.
Every source file the Reels timeline uses, by folder. Worth a look if a relink leaves something red and you want to know which folder it should have come from.
